1. General Information

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store operated by CLAYD EU, registered and shipping from Sweden.

We currently deliver to all countries within the European Union (EU) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) region (including Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, and Liechtenstein).

All orders are processed and shipped from our Swedish warehouse.


2. Shipping Costs

Note: Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.


3. Processing and Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the EU and 5–10 business days to EFTA countries.

  • Carrier Services: We primarily use PostNord, DHL, or other trusted logistics partners depending on your location and order size.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing (if applicable).


4. Taxes, Customs, and Duties

EU Customers

All orders shipped within the European Union include VAT, and no additional duties or taxes will apply upon delivery.

EFTA Customers (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein)

CLAYD EU is registered to collect and remit local VAT in each EFTA market we serve.

This means that local taxes are included in your checkout price, and you will not be charged additional customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees upon delivery.

We handle all necessary cross-border tax declarations directly with local authorities, so you can shop with confidence and avoid unexpected charges.


5. Delivery Address & Undeliverable Shipments

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it remains unclaimed (e.g., not picked up at a collection point), the return shipping cost and any reshipment fees will be the customer’s responsibility.

If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, it will be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery following our return instruction with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will investigate and, if applicable, send a replacement or issue a refund according to our return & refund policy.


7. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

While we do our best to deliver orders within the stated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control — including carrier delays, customs inspections, strikes, severe weather, or other force majeure events.

CLAYD EU cannot be held liable for such delays, but we will always do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any shipping issues.

During busy seasons (e.g., holidays or sales campaigns), please allow for extra delivery time.

11. Legal Notice – EU Consumer Rights

This Shipping Policy is designed in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and relevant EFTA consumer protection legislation.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your right to withdraw from a purchase within 30 days (voluntarily extended from standard 14-days by CLAYD EU) of receiving your order provided items meet the return conditions stated above. as outlined in our return & refund policy.
