Can I return unopened products?

Yes, unopened/sealed products can be returned within 30 days after receiving order — please read our refund policy for more details and see our return page to initiate a return order.

*Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
How long are CLAYD gift cards valid?

Gift cards are valid 5 years from the purchase date. The gift card will be sent digitally via email to be used on clayd.eu exclusively.

You can return unopened products before 30 days has passed upon receiving your order.

Please login to initiate your return. Alternatively, go to the return page and fill out the return form.

We will get back to you soonest possible and provide further instruction.

Your refund (excluding shipping costs) will be sent to the same payment method used on your purchase after the products have been received and inspected — please allow up to 10 business days and remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
