Kae Hada grew up in the onsen city of Atami located around the astonishing nature found in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. Her experience with allergies from an early age led her to become interested in natural medicine, and she learned about American herbal medicine, detox methods, raw food diets, and obtained a homeopathic diploma. She also overcame cancer through natural medicine. While sharing her learnings on her blog, she started an organic raw chocolate manufacturing business, drawing on her experience as a company employee and living abroad. She then went on to study the effect of a powerful bath powder made from 100% natural clay, which lead to the launch of CLAYD, loved by people in Japan. The brand has since expanded with skincare and oral care products, sold in selected shops and used at exclusive CLAYD SPA's around in Japan, with clay used as the key ingredient.
